ZERO star.Vijaykumar Shukla told us while booking he will send us his new car Dzire Himachal registered with latest model and due to all such sweet sweet talks we booked the car; but later when our trip started what we saw, we were sent someone else car and that too old model and that too delhi registered. Driver primarily denied duty every time we wanted to go for sightseeing / shopping. And while returning to delhi, the worst part driver with his owner heartlessly left us out of the car in the middle of highway at Pinjore, Haryana. And this agent Vijaykumar Shukla misguided misinformed us every time and didn’t picked our phone when we were left at Pinjore highway. Just before leaving from Shimla to delhi we had complained this to Dhulla police station in Shimla as driver was demanding full money before trip ending at delhi, and he had stopped the car at shimla road because we clearly told that balance money will be given at the end. But driver denied duty so we took him to police station but thereafter at police station everything seem sorted after he agreed to take money at the end in frony of police. Then later he stopped the car at Pinjore Wildlife Santuary where his owner was waiting and they just asked us to leave the car if you dont make the balance payment there. How can you trust somebody whom you had such bitter experience throughout the journey so we denied. And this agent Vijaykumar Shukla didn’t picked our phone also. How frustrating with family such an incident happened. Highly highly not recommended…
